These guys are incompetent I left vehicle for valet and got it back with a damaged airbag sensor cabin is absolutely soaking wet in inside and struggling to demist after they had been told to just spot clean the seats to add insult to injury they then refused to accept any responsibility for the problem with luck once it drys it will be ok but potentially will cost a lot to sort out so leave vehicle with them at your own risk or better still avoid them and go to someone who knows what they are doing

Very dissatisfied customer

Went to this car wash today and certainly won't be going back. When I pulled in for a car wash the guys were all in the office one guy came out. I was the only car waiting to be washed so it was not that they were rushed off their feet. My car was quite dirty with all the salt on the road. When the guy was rinsing the car he chucked 3 buckets of water over it and then used the hose for a couple of seconds so I had my doubts as to what state it was in. Both my mirrors were still covered in soap suds. When I got home and checked the car over there was still big patches of dirt on it and my alloy wheels had not even been touched. I then had to wash my car and wheels which meant it had been a total waste of £4.50 and time which I did not have hence the reason for going to get my car washed. I normally go to sponge and hoses in Hamilton where I get an excellent job every time and this is what I will be doing in the future. Very poor quality and standards

Absolutely awful

Queued for an hour today (Mothers day) and then car wasn't even cleaned properly. There are 2 lanes, ours was moving so slowly that 7 cars that came in after me were cleaned before me. Instead of recognising this and helping the lad out on our lane, the older guy helped the faster lane where the lad was quicker anyway! Unreal. I won't be back, bad experience. Do not recommend. Wanted to give 0 stars but the website won't allow it.
